Is my Wrist Guard machine washable?

Yes, the ESCU Wrist Guard is machine washable to a maximum temperature of 30°C. It cannot be put through a machine dryer. For optimum care, be sure to use the ESCU breathable pouch for storing in your cricket bag.

 

 

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Prices for shipping is based on geographic location. Shipping prices are available at the store checkout.

Where is my guard being shipped from? 

Orders from Australia are shipped from our warehouse location in Melbourne*. NZ and International orders are shipping from our New Zealand warehouse.

How long will it take for my guard to arrive?

Guards orders to Australia & New Zealand locations will generally take 3-5 working days once dispatched. 

International orders generally take 7-12 working days (depending on location). This is subject to change with the global COVID-19 pandemic.

How do I track my parcel?

When your order is shipped we will notify you of all tracking information via email.

I didn’t receive a tracking number?

If you didn’t receive a tracking number with your online purchase, please get in touch via our online contact form.

My delivery hasn’t arrived in the expected time frame?

If you haven't received your online order in the expected time frame please get in touch via our online contact form.

I placed my order today, when will it be dispatched?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days. 

I received my order, but there is an item missing?

If there is a missing item in the order you received, please get in touch via our online contact form.

I received my order, but it’s the wrong item?

If the order you received does not match the order you placed, please get in touch via our online contact form.

Returns & Exchanges

I have received a faulty item, how do I resolve this?

If you receive a faulty item, please contact our enquiries@escusports.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

 

Am I able to return my guard?

If you are not satisfied with your ESCU Sports product, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days for a full refund. Your product must be unworn and the packaging must be in original condition. Please contact enquiries@escusports.com for all returns.

If I am returning/exchanging a product will you send out my replacement before you receive it?

In the event a product needs to be returned or exchanged, ESCU Sports will only issue new products once the returned/exchanged product has been received. Rest assured that returned or exchanged products are a priority at our shipping facility, and will be dispatched with urgency.

How long will it take for my refund to come through?

Generally, refund credit will be received approximately 3-6 working days after being processed.
