Can I put my Wrist Guard in the washing machine?
Yes, your ESCU Wrist Guard is machine washable to a maximum temperature of 30°C. It cannot be put through a machine dryer.
How much is delivery?
If you’re based in New Zealand shipping is FREE! Orders outside of New Zealand are priced on a geographic basis. See our shipping prices and more information on International orders on our Shipping page.
Is the 'Free Shipping' offer applicable for International customers?
Currently, ‘Free Shipping’ is only available for New Zealand addresses only. For more information on our international shipping rates, please see our Shipping page.
How long does International shipping to Australia take?
Shipments to Australia generally take between 5-10 working days from date of dispatch.
How do I track my parcel?
When your order is shipped we will notify you of all tracking information via email.
I didn’t receive a tracking number?
If you didn’t receive a tracking number with your online purchase, contact email@example.com and we will send you your tracking number!
My delivery hasn’t arrived in the expected time frame?

I placed my order today, when will it be dispatched?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days.
I received my order, but there is an item missing?
If there is a missing item in the order you received, contact us at email@example.com and we will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I received my order, but it’s the wrong item?

Returns & Exchanges
I have received a faulty item, how do I resolve this?

If I am returning/exchanging a product will you send out my replacement before you receive it?
In the event a product needs to be returned or exchanged, ESCU Sports will only issue new products once the returned/exchanged product has been received. Rest assured that returned or exchanged products are a priority at our shipping facility, and will be dispatched with urgency.
