100% Satisfaction 100 Day Trial Period

At ESCU Sports we stand by the quality and design of our products. If for any reason your ESCU Sports product does not completely satisfy you within the first 100 days of purchase. Simply get in touch with us at customerservice@escusports.com and we will refund your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

If our product fails to deliver you within the first 100 days of purchase you are automatically covered under our 100% Satisfaction policy and we will refund your purchase.

If you need to return or exchange your product, simply send the product back to us and we will exchange or refund the item. If you need to exchange the item for another size or colour, simply send it back to us and we will ship the exchanged item back to you FREE of charge!

  • Get in touch with us at customerservice@escusports.com to return or exchange your product.
  • Remember to include the order slip in the return so we can easily identify your order.
  • Sale and Clearance items can be exchanged or credited but no refunds will be offered. Full Priced Items can be exchanged, credited or refunded.

Product Care

The ESCU Wrist Guard is machine washable to a maximum temperature of 30°C. It cannot be put through a machine dryer. For optimum care, be sure to use the ESCU breathable pouch for storing in your cricket bag.

Entering a Promotional Discount Code

If you have a promotional discount code, enter it in the allocated box at the ESCU Sports checkout and your order will be discounted!

Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to items already on Sale, and only one code may be used with any order. 

Pre-Order Products

At ESCU Sports we like to make products available for purchase to consumers before their official release. Pre-orders do require advanced payment at the time of order.

Some things to note with pre-orders:

  • You can cancel your order at any time, provided it has not been already dispatched. For any cancellations, get in touch with us at customerservice@escusports.com.
  • Since pre-order items are not held in our stock, in some instances, potential manufacturing/shipping delays may result in a variance on the indicated dispatch date.
  • If you order a pre-order item with an item already in stock, they will be shipped separately. If you are located in New Zealand, both shipments will be sent FREE!
